2026 North Rockland Red Raiders Youth Football 7U Intramural

The AYF 7U Intramural Football Program is designed to introduce young athletes (age 7 and under) to the fundamentals of football in a fun, supportive, and instructional environment. Players focus on learning basic skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship while building confidence and enjoying the game.

Please note: If there are not enough 7-year-old players to form a full intramural team, players will be asked to join the competitive 8U team, and additional fees will apply.

2026 North Rockland Red Raiders Youth Football

North Rockland AYF Football, part of the Taconic League, is a community-based youth football program serving families throughout the North Rockland area. Our program provides a safe, supportive, and family-friendly environment where young athletes can learn the game of football while building confidence, character, and lasting friendships.
We focus on teaching fundamentals, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, with dedicated volunteer coaches who care deeply about each child’s growth—on and off the field. North Rockland AYF is more than football; it’s about family involvement, community pride, and creating positive experiences that kids and families will carry with them for years to come.

2026 North Rockland Red Raiders AYF Cheer

North Rockland Red Raiders AYF Sideline Cheer is a non-competitive program designed to introduce young athletes to cheer in a fun, positive, and supportive environment. Participants learn basic cheers, motions, and teamwork while building confidence and school spirit on the sidelines.

Our focus is on fun, friendship, and encouraging our Red Raiders football teams, with an emphasis on age-appropriate instruction, safety, and family involvement. Sideline cheer is the perfect way for young athletes to be part of the Red Raiders family while learning the joy of cheerleading.
